Your data is never sold. Not today, not ever.

DriverAnalytic was built on a single principle: your data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

1. What We Collect

We collect only the data you provide and the data required for the Service to function. This includes:

  • Profile information: Display name, email address, theme preference, unit preference (miles/km), and profile picture if you choose to upload one
  • Income transactions: Earnings, trip counts, hours worked, distance driven, and income source assignments that you manually enter
  • Expense records: Expense categories, amounts, dates, and optional receipt images (Pro users only)
  • Targets and goals: Earnings targets and performance goals you set for yourself
  • Mileage data: Odometer readings and standard mileage rate preferences used for deduction calculations
  • Drivers Guild activity: Guild membership, restaurant list contributions, and weekly earnings/hour sharing preferences
  • Referral and ticket data: Your referral code, tickets earned, and lottery participation history
  • Bug reports: Title, description, and optional screenshot you submit to report issues
  • Usage patterns: Page visit history (tracked once per user per day per page) used solely for aggregate app improvement — not linked to advertising profiles
  • Subscription status: Your current plan tier, billing period, and payment status (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)

We do not collect your device location, contacts, browsing history outside the app, or any data unrelated to the Service's core functionality.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

DriverAnalytic stores your data on decentralized infrastructure that is not owned or controlled by any single company, including DriverAnalytic. Unlike traditional cloud services where a single provider holds your data and can access, modify, or sell it at will, our infrastructure is designed so that no central authority — including us — has unilateral access to your records.

This means:

  • Your data cannot be accessed by third parties without your action
  • There is no central database for hackers to breach and steal user records en masse
  • No single company can decide to delete, transfer, or monetize your data
  • Your data persists independently of DriverAnalytic's continued operation — it lives in infrastructure governed by open, transparent rules rather than a corporate server

Receipt images and other file attachments are stored in a separate object storage system with access controls tied exclusively to your account principal. Only you can view your uploaded files.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data stored by DriverAnalytic is used exclusively to provide the Service's features to you. Specifically:

  • To display your earnings, expense, and analytics dashboards
  • To calculate mileage deductions and performance metrics
  • To track your progress against your personal targets
  • To enable Drivers Guild membership and community features
  • To manage your subscription, billing status, and referral rewards
  • To respond to bug reports you submit
  • To generate app usage statistics used only for improving the Service (aggregated, never sold)

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

DriverAnalytic uses a minimal set of third-party services strictly necessary to operate:

  • Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment details directly and is bound by their own privacy policy. DriverAnalytic receives only your subscription status and billing period — not your full card information
  • Our authentication infrastructure: Secure sign-in system for account access. No personal data beyond your authentication principal is shared with the authentication infrastructure

We do not embed any third-party tracking scripts, analytics platforms, social media pixels, or advertising SDKs in the Service.

5. No Tracking or Advertising Cookies

DriverAnalytic does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. Any session data stored locally in your browser (such as theme preference) is used solely to improve your experience within the app and is never transmitted to third parties.

We do not participate in behavioral advertising networks. We do not track you across other websites or services.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account. You may permanently delete all your data at any time from the Profile → Data & Privacy section. Once confirmed, all records tied to your account are irreversibly purged — this cannot be undone.

For Pro subscribers who initiate data deletion: your data will be retained until your current subscription period expires. A visible countdown banner will remind you of the scheduled deletion date, and you may cancel the deletion request at any time before it executes.

For Free and Trial users: data deletion is immediate and permanent upon confirmation.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data associated with your account (visible directly in the app)
  • Correct any data by editing your profile, transactions, or settings at any time
  • Export your data as CSV (Pro feature) for your own records
  • Delete all your data permanently from Profile → Data & Privacy

Because your data is stored on decentralized infrastructure under your authentication principal, these rights are enforced by design — not just by policy.

8. Contact

For any questions, concerns, or requests related to your privacy or data, contact us at:

driveranalyticpro@gmail.com

We will respond to all privacy-related inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

Your data is never sold. Not today, not ever.

This is not a legal formality. It is a core part of what DriverAnalytic is. We built this platform for gig workers who deserve tools that work for them — not platforms that harvest their data to profit from it. That will never change.
