Welcome to DriverAnalytic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DriverAnalytic mobile-first web application, including all features, tools, analytics, community functions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DriverAnalytic is a privacy-first analytics and income/expense tracking platform designed for gig economy workers, including rideshare and delivery drivers. The Service enables users to track earnings, expenses, mileage, targets, and participate in community features — all with full ownership of their personal data.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DriverAnalytic. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Access to DriverAnalytic requires authentication via our secure decentralized authentication system, which supports Google, Apple, Microsoft, and passkeys. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. DriverAnalytic is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Drivers Guild is intended for legitimate collaboration among gig economy workers. Any misuse that violates these Terms will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
DriverAnalytic reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
You own your data. DriverAnalytic stores your personal information, transaction records, expenses, and other content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or commercial purposes of any kind.
Your data is never sold. Not today, not ever.
By using the Service you grant DriverAnalytic a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data for the sole purpose of delivering the Service's features to you. This license ends when you delete your data or your account is terminated.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time from the Profile page. Upon confirmed deletion, all records associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly removed. This action cannot be undone.
DriverAnalytic provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriverAnalytic is not responsible for:
The analytics and tracking features in DriverAnalytic are tools to help you understand your own data. They are not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important figures independently before using them for official purposes.
In no event shall DriverAnalytic's total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Service exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
DriverAnalytic offers the following plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
If a payment fails, your account will enter a 7-day grace period. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account will revert to the Free tier and access to Pro features will be suspended. Your data is retained during the grace period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY. DRIVERANALYTIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
DriverAnalytic makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any analytics, estimates, or computed data provided by the Service.
DriverAnalytic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version will always be accessible at /terms within the app.
DriverAnalytic may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting all your data from the Profile page. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DriverAnalytic and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
